Our mission is to preach the Gospel and serve those in need by reaching the lost with the message of salvation and hope. Teaching others to observe God’s Word and live a life of obedience and faith. Providing a sacred space for worship, praise, and spiritual growth. Pursuing justice and peace for those bound by life’s struggles.
Our vision is rooted in obedience to God’s call and fulfilling the Great Commission throughout the world (Matthew 28:18-20). To Strengthen Christian fellowship and edify the body of Christ. Building and supporting ministries at local, national, and international levels. We are here to Promote sound doctrine, spiritual empowerment, and biblical governance. Operating under the directive of the Holy Spirit and living as God’s people.
List of core values
Zion House of Praise began as Children of Salvation Prayer Ministries Mount Zion, founded in 1992 by Apostle Dr. James V. Pittman in Monrovia, Liberia. At the height of the civil war, when thousands were displaced and searching for hope, Apostle Pittman felt the call to begin afternoon prayer gatherings, trusting only in God. From those humble beginnings, God grew the fellowship into a ministry, officially established on June 20, 1997. In 2000, Apostle Pittman moved to the United States and later founded Zion House of Praise in Bristol, Pennsylvania, in 2010. By the grace of God, our ministry continues to expand and transform lives.
